"Everything was good except the carpet was dirty from wear. When we arrived I was told we were booked for a queen suite and I paid for a king suite and showed her my receipt on my phone from Expedia. She said I would have to contact Expedia because she showed a queen suite. I went outside and was in the process of contacting Expedia and she came to the door said she had contacted her manager and she would put us in a king suite. I have never had that happen before and after traveling all day the process was a inconvenience."

"Asked for extra blankets and was told we had to wait as the person checking in people didn't have time to get blankets. Went back later and what she gave us was 4 pillow cases and 2 flat sheets. She said there were no blankets. It's hard to believe there weren't any blankets to be had. Some staff were friendly and others were not."

"The air-conditioning in the room could not keep up during the hot hours of the day. It was also very loud. The hotel is an old structure, but nicely renovated. The safety lock on the door was concerning: not easy to use in the event of a fire."
