We stayed at Baglio for four nights and we felt very sad to leave. We liked everything there, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the property, the excellent breakfast and the superb dining experience at the Manna restaurant, the manicured gardens and the lush swimming pool area with its centenary olive trees and various species of cactuses brimming with cicadas, the cocktails and granitas served at the pool bar, the discrete room service… in summary, we liked just everything there and we’ll certainly consider going back.

Typisch Sizilianisches Country House

Tolles Country House. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und waren wieder einmal vollumfänglich zufrieden. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Poolanlage ist top, und der Strand ist schnell erreichbar.

Ruhige und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Vor allem Service top top. Zimmer im alten Still gepflegt und klimatisiert. Sehr schön. Garten und Pool fantastisch. Immer sauber und alles frisch. Menschen die uns umgaben waren so sympathisch und zuvorkommend, lobenswert. Preislich ist es nicht das günstige Agriturismo aber es ist es wert. Morgens Frühstück im schönsten Bereich zwischen alten Mauern. Und Abends verwandelt es sich in unglaublich schöne atmosphärisches Restaurant.

Mía the hypoallergenic dog was a pleasant addition

Clean, large room, nice bathroom,comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast included. Great restaurant onsite. Nice area for walking. Laundry available onsite. Very friendly & accomodating staff. Beautiful outside pool with outdoor bar!

Rustic hotel within striking distance of Notto

Hotel was near beach along a dusty scruffy path but in arrival our room was upgraded to a super large room with lovely bathroom. Restaurant was in courtyard and the food was good, service a bit erratic. The breakfast coffee was horrible something we have never experienced in Italy before but the main negative was the awful piped music coming from every corner of the place, by the pool, restaurant ..... terrible terrible covers!!! Overall a good experience though

Hotel was pretty with OK facilities - wifi and pool. The breakfast was a bit sparse and staff disorganised. Also out of town so not great if you want to go out for dinner and have a drink as buses are limited and even more so out of season. Bedroom was cold & outdated. Would make a good summer hotel choice.

soggiorno molto piacevole la struttura è veramente bella e confortevole ottimo il ristorante sia come qualità che come posizionamento nel suggestivo cortile interno Prima colazione con buona varietà e ottima qualità Bella anche la piscina contornata sia da prato che da una zone di sabbia e su cui sono posizionate oltre che i lettini anche alcune rilassanti amache Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile

Very pleasant agritourism experience

Nice and relaxing stay at Baglio Siciliamo. Room was very clean, the place was made with lots of attention to detail and very beautiful to relax. Only downsides were that it was extremely cold and the hot air ventilator was quite noisy and dried out the air a bit, but nothing major. Great experience!

Relaxing, peaceful venue and friendly staff.

From the moment we arrived we found everyone very friendly and wanting to help with luggage etc. We were offered a choice of rooms as we had gone at a quiet time (October). Everywhere was clean, including the pool, and the garden/orchard was well kept and full of citrus trees and some pomegranite. The rooms and dining room...which was huge...were all beautifully decorated by a local artisan we think...white with large stylised paintings in the baronial dining room and small artwork in the bedrooms which also had air conditioning. Plently of tables and chairs in the gardens under the fruit trees and loungers around the pool. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice and the lady who was on duty, bringing tea/coffee etc. was very efficient, friendly and helpful. We ate a couple of times in the dining room and the food was good although we had difficulty understanding the menu.

Molto accogliente e grazioso, in posizione ottima per arrivare sia a Siracusa sia alla riserva naturale di Vendicari. Il personale è molto gentile ed il cibo molto buono.

Relax tra i limoni

Bellissima struttura del `800 immersa in un giardino di limoni ed ulivi. Spiagge e città (Noto, Siracusa, Avola........) sono vicine, raggiungibili in macchina. Nelle stagioni calde la colazione (buona) e la cena ( squisita - menù o alla carte) vengono servite nel patio / cortile interno: un posto bellissimo ed incantevole!

Ambiente

Wir waren zwei Nächte hier und können uns sehr gut vorstellen wiederzukommen. Die Lage ist gut für viele Unternehmungen (PKW vorausgesetzt). Die ganze Anlage mit ihrem Komfort, der aber nicht aufringlich und übertrieben ist, bietet beste Erholung. Das eher kleine Zimmer störte überhaupt nicht, da wir uns meist draußen aufhielten (Pool, Innenhof, Stühle und Tische vor dem Zimmer, weitere große und komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten.
