"Staff were excellent and so was the location so its sad to write a negative review. Beds were very uncomfortable as pillows lacked any firmness. The spa amenities mostly didnt exist, it was a gym and a sauna. There were no breakfast facilities as mentioned in the description. "

"A great location with easy walk from Gare du Nord, close to some lovely restaurants and places for a wine/cheese. The rooms with a view of Tour Eiffel were a nice touch and enjoyable to sit on the balcony with a beer to take in the sights. Small touches like a fridge in the room that was stocked with some soft drinks was an added bonus, as was the snack bar downstairs. Would definitely recommend for others and gladly return to this or one of the hotels in the same group if they offer similar...

"We had an incredible time at the Grand Pigalle Experimental! The staff could not have been more helpful, our room was made up every day, and it was a perfect location to explore the city from. We will definitely return next time we are looking for a hotel en Paris ! "

"Rooms were well appointed and a decent size. Unfortunately the front desk check in experience detracted from our stay - classic French hauteur on display to the point of rudeness. Seriously, if you make a career in hospitality remember that the clue is in the word ‘hospitable’. So, can’t recommend as a welcoming place to stay. "
