"We arrived at around 12pm and we asked if we could check in early and the check in was incredibly smooth, João helped us check in and it was the most comfortable and sweetest person ever. Super attentive and friendly and made us very comfortable since the start. The hotel scent is very beautiful and it has a luxury feel, I don’t know how to explain! "A great location with easy walk from Gare du Nord, close to some lovely restaurants and places for a wine/cheese. The rooms with a view of Tour Eiffel were a nice touch and enjoyable to sit on the balcony with a beer to take in the sights. Small touches like a fridge in the room that was stocked with some soft drinks was an added bonus, as was the snack bar downstairs. Would definitely recommend for others and gladly return to this or one of the hotels in the same group if they offer similar...

"The room was cute, and most importantly clean. The window to the street was adorable and the bed was comfortable. The noise outside the street was a little loud for my taste, but that didn’t bother my husband too much, so I guess that depends on your tolerance."

"Delay in checking in (almost 5pm). Initially wouldn’t turn on the ac in the hotel stating it wasn’t early enough in season. Was hot and must have had several complaints so ended up turning it on. Otherwise the was our second time staying and after the initial issues it was perfect!!! Good breakfast, good location, clean room and loved the quirkiness of the decore! "
