"Nice spot to spend a night or two when visiting the area. Access to the hotel parking is right off a busy boulevard so it can get a bit hairy when attempting to make the turn into the parking lot. We didn't hear the traffic as our room was located at the rear of the building. However we were next to the entrance to the breakfast room so it got a bit noisy in the morning."

"Basic hotel, but we were happy with the clean/inviting/updated room, parking was easy/accessible/location accessible to Quebec City, Chaudiere Falls, nice complementary coffee options near reception. Currently under renovation, therefore some work may be ongoing during day hours in hallway. Pricey vending machine. Normandine Restaurant next door and they offer 20% off (we didnt have the chance to try it)."

"The hotel is somewhat dated, but clean for the most part. The breakfast was just ok. The pool was quite cool, but the part that was disappointing was the hot tub. It really didn’t appear to be very clean. You generally smell chlorine in the pool/hot tub area, but not here. Also, the water in the hot tub was anything but clear. After few minutes in it, we both felt slimed for lack of a better word and decided to get back to our room for a hot shower. It’s a bummer cuz I truly enjoy a soak...

"This hotel is by far my favorite. The staff is kind and helpful. The amenities are clean and well maintained. The site is quiet. There is always parking spaces. It is a bit more expensive but worth it. The beds are so comfortable! I will definitely go back."

"My room was clean, when checking in it was a relief that he spoke English. Not sure if the establishment had a place to go have coffee or breakfast I was only in the room to sleep."

"Overall, the stay was okay, but there was a bad chemical smell in the room, like a renovation or new furniture smell. It was especially noticeable around the furniture, such as the bedside tables and wardrobe, which made the room uncomfortable to stay in."

"Room and entire location were clean and well managed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great and even had flotation devices available for young children. Breakfast buffet was amazing."

"Le système d’air climatisé est extrêmement bruyant. La porte patio de notre chambre donnant au stationnement est mal entretenue puisque le seuil est plein de roches et de sable donc très difficile d’ouvrir le moustiquaire et la porte. Par contre, le petit déjeuner continental offert avec la chambre est excellent. Une mention spéciale à la personne qui en assure l’entretien et l’approvisionnement de la nourriture car elle est exceptionnelle."

"Everything was excellent, we do not speak French but the staff went out of their way to speak English to us and were very helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They even give you a sleep mask"
