"The hotel was decent, but for almost $1,000 for three nights, I expected much more. The suite had no sofa in the main living area, making it inconvenient for my family to sit together and relax. The room was also too dark, with insufficient lighting. Additionally, there was no microwave in the suite, which meant having to go downstairs multiple times to heat food or warm up milk for my daughter. Overall, the suite did not meet my expectations, especially for a family stay at this price. 2 out of...

"We discovered your hotel on Expedia. We were very pleased and will definitely return when we’re back in the area.
Areas of improvement: We were there for three days and our room was never cleaned. We appreciate the eco consciousness of the hotel but a refresher of the room at least once during our stay would have been very much appreciated. We also requested fresh towels and"

"Good place for families, it's close to Mega Parc, Galeries de la Capitale, Costco, and Quebec City. Breakfast was nice, stocked well, and a good variety. Staff were friendly and helpful in checking in and upkeep. Complementary coffee (including cappicinos) and juice were a nice touch. The rooms were clean and tidy for our arrival, and you don't hear the outside highway noise. For our family with young kids, the removable shower head was great to use for the little ones, like we do back home....
