"As someone whom does not speak French I was worried about my stay, but the staff went up and over to assist me so that I did not have to worry. The hotel was beyond beautiful with outstanding and warm staff to go with it. Amenities we're fun and wonderful. Breakfast was warm and delicious. The room was stunning. "Short Review: Cleanliness: Rooms are clean and decently sized. Staff: Staff was warm and very reactive. Especially, shoutout to the breakfast staff, they were so so helpful and accommodative. The guy at the reception who comes at night (i think) is a bit rude.(but not disrespectful) Breakfast: Breakfast is outstanding for the price, we enjoyed every day of our stay because of the breakfast options. A very cozy and beautiful property away from huzz and buzz of the downtown."

"We had a very bad experience at this hotel. We booked five rooms, and our group traveled from Toronto in four cars. We parked all of our vehicles in the hotel parking lot.During our stay, someone broke the passenger-side windows of two of our vehicles. When we informed the hotel staff and asked for assistance, they were unhelpful and gave us excuses instead of trying to support us or show any concern.
