"Good base and central for sightseeing and activities. Hotel rooms are clean, some very small. I was travelling solo so room was ample wouldn’t know where two suitcases would be stored. The rooms however have zero soundproofing so from early hours of morning to late at night constantly disturbed by doors slamming and housekeeping services. I didnt make use of the afternoon tea as was out most days. So the noise issues were irritating because I had limited rest! I took an early morning trip and breakfast was busy around 6.30am. Also there is limited places to sit in peace and quiet if you are doing research or relaxing. "

"Some internet connection issues fixed quickly by staff. Daily water bottles. Very cool AC. Very responsive staff. Easy luggage storage. Unfortunately every night of our stay there was a loud concert at the park across the street until at least 10pm, I’m not going to put that on the hotel but something to be aware of before booking."

"Great locations to Ben Thanh market and other shopping center, the room was ok. The shower room can be improved, it's hard to take a comfortable shower due to no door and only one person can use the washer room per time (very inconvenient)."

"Lots of stores nearby, close to major attractions. The reception staff (Nathan, Larry, Tyler and My) are attentive, very friendly and responsive. The hotel and rooms were very clean, had everything to make the stay enjoyable. Definitely would stay again. "
