"The bathroom fan would not shut off. Had to call the front desk twice at 10 & 10:30 pm and no one showed up. Finally had to go down to the front desk to request a new room after 11:00 pm because no would get back to me or have someone come take a look at it. I was only there to sleep for a few hours ..."
