"Staff was very accommodating and breakfast was wonderful. Dinner service was equally great! My travel partners from Barbados had never been overseas, never mind enjoying such comfortable and delicious accommodations. Kudos for giving my young travel companion endless hot chocolate and they revelled over the delicious crepes (which they had never experienced) which your lovely chef prepared to no end for them. We hope to visit again one day, thank you!"

"The entire building is under renovation. But other than that, everything was fine. I loved how I had my own privacy within the little cubicle. I love those things. Next time I come to Montreal, I will probably stop in again. I also liked the many coffee shops and art galleries situated nearby. "

The room itself was nice and spacious for our family. Beds were clean. Excellent location for exploring. Quiet and quaint. Would return next time we visit Quebec"

"Room was very clean. Great location overlooking the Hotel Frontenac. Staff were friendly. Parking was a few minutes away from hotel for a fee. Breakfast was next door for a fee but it was excellent."

"Bathroom and shower were not clean. Pubic hair in shower, white, unknown substance on taps. No amenities. No kettle, no tea, no microwave. No staff to bring clean cups, glasses. I asked for clean towels, shower mat, glass, cup. Got them 5 days later and they gave me an already used tea cup with tea dripped down the side of the cup. Room was supposed to come with breakfast included, but the restaurant that was to provide the breakfast, was closed most of the days I was staying, so no breakfast...

"This accommodation, with its historic stone building right in the heart of the Old City, had exposed stone right in the rooms. Gorgeous! And yet the heating was perfect - not too cold or too warm. Even the wooden floor was warm to walk on! And all the furnishings gave a nod to the historic architecture yet came with all the modern comfort we wanted.
