Registration person was clueless about his job, was assigned the wrong room I pay for, no toilet paper and when we ask for one the person have to check to their bosses or person in charge, we have to request for towels and they gave us cheap towels. "Property was large with full kitchen and balcony with view of Manila bay. Security were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel service staff weren’t great. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in and the reception staff were poorly behaved. Letting in the cleaners was a waste of time as the floor was still dirty. We also received a strange text asking to access the stock room in our room during our stay. It was odd to store goods in a guest’s room."

Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there.
