"Good location where it’s not too crowded. Right next to a mall where many small restaurants, great varieties. Also a cat cafe nearby 😹Great food selections in breakfast. Lovely clean swimming pool. Convenient laundry machines. Good exercise room. Room has full-length mirror, many lights and outlets, a padded long seat by the window (could sleep one more person) Well-designed room. We will stay here again if we come in the future."

"The hotel doesn't feel crowded even though there are a lot of guests, and the location next to the zoo is perfect for family holidays and staycations. Staff are kind, warm and patient.
This hotel is especially kid-friendly. Housekeeping even provides kid-sized toothbrushes and room slippers.
The breakfast is also superb with great buffet spread. Drinks wise -- good coffee and alcohol for the adults, and delicious chocolate milk and a chocolate fountain that wows the kids. The only small blip...
