Extremely bad experince!Do not book this property!

The apartment was booked and duly paid in advance. When we arrived at the location, we tried to contact property, but at the beginning nobody answered. After couple of calls and messages a woman answered and said that all the apartments were booked and that she didn't know what we are talking about. After that, we called again, and man answered. He also told us that he is not aware of reservation, that he does not use Hotels.com for advertisement and that he doesn’t have an apartment at that location. We ended up with no place to stay. Do not book this apartment!

Die Unterkunft wurde kurzfristig und ohne eine email oder sonst eine andere Kommunikation nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich rief an und wollte wissen wie die Übergabe stattfinden soll. In diesem Telefonat wurde mir das Appartement storniert und es wurde behauptet, dass diese Anzeige eigentlich vom Appartment Eigentümer nicht mehr über Expedia online sein dürfte. Der junge Mann sagte, dass es keine Abbuchung geben wird und das dies alles damit in Ordnung sei. Ich stand nun ohne Unterkunft mit meinem Sohn kurz vor Novi Sad und musst ein fast doppelt so teures Hotel kurzfristig direkt buchen! Jetzt sehe ich, dass die Kosten doch noch abgebucht wurden und JETZT REICHT MIR DAS THEATER !!! Ich erwarte die vollständige Rückerstattung von allen Kosten !!!

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Möglicherweise könnte es für einige etwas laut in der Nacht sein, da es sich an der Hauptstraße befindet. Persönlich hat mich das nicht gestört. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell. Das Internet ist ausgezeichnet; während meiner Arbeit gab es keine Probleme.
