Deplorável, hotel velho, cheiro horrivel no quarto, banheiros ruins, cama entao totalmente desconfortavel. Atendimento péssimo, consta que tem estacionamento masnao divulga que tem que pagar, nao informam que nao emitem a nota fiscal no momento da chegada, tamem é impossivel cancelar pois nao reembolsam, não recomendo

Hotel simples, mas cheiroso. Cafe da manha básico, mas gostoso. Limpinho. Único problema é o barulho. Pedimos para nao ficar no primeiro andar, pq ouvimos falar que era barulhento, aí nos colocaram no ótimo. Só que estavam fazendo conserto no teto. Barulho incomodou bastante. Estacionamento pago a parte.

A estadia não foi boa

Estamos acostumados a ficar neste hotel, mas desta vez a experiência foi péssima, no quarto 603 em que ficamos, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito, pois não gelava e o calor estava insuportável nas duas noites em que ficamos no hotel. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto na segunda noite, mas disseram que estava lotado, isso que tínhamos reservado bem antes e pedido um andar mais baixo... não adiantou nada...nos colocaram no último andar. Resumindo, experiência péssima.

Sugiro fazer manutenção do ar condicionado, pois como o motor do ar do ap 602 está na sacada do ap 603, o barulho em nosso quarto (603) durante toda a noite foi insuportável, não nos deixando dormir.

Gostamos do hotel, equipe muito atenciosa, quarto limpo e de bom tamanho, chuveiro excelente. A noite pedimos um lanche q estava ótimo. Como eu precisa estar em jejum, pela manhã não tomei café e por termos q sair muito cedo, meu marido ganhou o café antecipado. Muito bom atendimento. Recomendo!
