Check in extremamente demorado, demoraram o máximo q puderam para fazer nosso cadastro para depois entendermos que não tinham apto disponível, embora estivéssemos com a reserva paga. Depois de 40 min de espera e estresse conseguiram o apto. Relação custo beneficio péssima. Roupa de cama bem usada, não vale o que cobram. Não voltaremos.

Bem razoável. Dentre os Ibis que nos hospedamos foi o que mais demorou o cadastro no check-in. Compramos um café de 100 ml e um energético, o que nos custou 31,00 reais(absurdo). As acomodações estavam ok, tudo limpo conforme esperado.
