Desde minha chegada para 2 diarias estive em 5 quartos diferentes por diversas razoes. Sem luz, sem agua quente, sem telefone, sem pilha no dplit. Chegou ao absurdo de um hospede amassar o omrlete na panela coletiva do cafe e nao ser repreendido.

O ambiente do café é apertado e não dispõe de produtos sem glúten. O frigobar é vazio, deveria conter pelo menos água. Também não há água disponível no saguão de entrada. O serviço de limpeza dos dormitórios inicia cedo e com conversa alta, o que dificulta o repouso, além do barulho do trânsito, pois não há vedação nas janelas.

Reclamação

Recepção muito deselegante, dava as informações sem vontade, isso no check in. O mesmo relatou que não nosso carro não passava o acesso para a garagem, o mesmo ficou na rua. Quando cheguei no quarto 318, a janela dava de fundos com a garagem onde havia espaços vagos e um Renaut Duster, no mesmo modelo lá dentro, e ao amanhecer estava lotada com carros maiores inclusive. Chuveiro do quarto água com baixíssima pressão, e demorou muito para aquecer. Paguei por um quarto triplo, pois no momento da reserva não tinha outra opção, e ficamos em quarto de casal. A minha necessidade foi atendida porém paguei mais caro por isso.

Hotel bonito, diferente, bem decorado, confortável, cheiroso e bem localizado, os quartos são muito limpos e boa cama, café da manhã deixou a desejar mas o que tinha era bom, mas o que foi muito ruim foi o ar-condicionado do primeiro quarto não funcionou, trocamos duas vezes de quarto, foi bem desagradável, o que amenizou foi o ótimo atendimento da recepcionista, obrigado a ela.

Nas fotos o quarto parecia maior. Faltam tomadas na cabeceira da cama. Tem bom espaço de armazenamento para roupas, porém a circulação do quarto fica um pouco prejudicada. O ar condicionado fazia um pouco de barulho e o estacionamento era bastante apertado, mas conseguimos estacionar na única vaga disponível.

Razoável para uma estadia curta

A experiência, no geral, foi boa. Café da manhã com várias opções. O quarto é limpo e organizado, todos os dias era limpo pelas camareiras. Apenas o ar condicionada que era impossível de usar: muito barulho e ainda soltava sujeira em cima da cama, bem estranho. Fora isso, os atendentes foram super prestativos e atenciosos.
