"My family and I were attending a Jehovah’s Witness Convention. We had 2 rooms. One was a handicapped accessible room on the 1st floor and the other was on the 3rd floor. The front desk clerks were fabulous. There was one that checked us in but I cannot remember her name. Then there was Olive who was very sweet and kind. The rooms were emaculate or very very clean. The breakfast was fabulous also! NeNe cooked everything to perfection.(Funny story: my nickname is also NeeNee. Her name is Nyesha...

"Staff was very professional polite & helpful. We flew in from Connecticut & was allowed to check in alittle earlier than 3pm. Everything we needed or asked they assisted with. Great stay!!!"

"We stayed three nights while visiting family who live in town. The hotel room was large, spacious, and very clean. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. Each morning, the breakfast was amazing. On our last day, we left at 4 am to get our before Atanta traffic, and there was free hot coffee avaiable to us for the road. The coffee was great. I will return here when we visit family again."

"This hotel was beautiful. The room was really nice. Our check in was so easy and the young lady that took care of me and checked us in had legendary customer service. She definitely the type of person you want in your hospitality team. I don’t remember her name but if you can see who checked me in please thank you again for us for everything. The only suggestion I had was a microwave in the room. We bought items from the little store by the front desk and didn’t realize until we got to the room...

"Clean Rooms, frendly front offce staff, maintenance was poor ( took a five day stay to fix the blinds). And got a noisy pool side room! I will try another hotel next time near it. And parking fees were 5-10 bucks per day additional. Strange!"
