"Beautiful lake, room was as expected. Older, but clean and comfortable. Lunch buffet didn't disappoint. Would stay again."

"Everyone was very courteous and helpful from the time I made the reservation until the time I checked out. The location was perfect and gave 'Chic' vibes--a true Boutique. We enjoyed our stay in the Harrington Suite and the only complaint was of paint chipping in some areas."

"Hair dryer didn't work. At least two outlets didn't work. Coffee maker didn't have correct tray that holds the grounds. Tile floor in bathroom corners had black mold. Tub stained pale yellow. Musty damp feel in room even with AC running non stop. Freezer in frig not clean. Bathroom door would not completely close. Not enough towels provided for our group."

"The hotel wasn't usable!!!!!! It had no shower head or light in the bathroom. The sheets were stained brown. There were dead bugs in our room and to top it all off the air conditioning didn't work. The staff was unhelpful. We had to get another room at another hotel because they wouldn't refund our money . DONT STAY HERE!!!!"
