"Drove all the way from Dallas, Texas to Corpus Christi was told that our room was canceled due to the hotel did not have enough staff and the rooms were not clean the front desk Person did not even offer alternatives only to give us the general managers, name, and phone number and column on Monday morning when it was on a Saturday for us to check in, we had to scramble to find a hotel on a holiday weekend."

"When booking at this location, please make sure to buy the insurance coverage. I booked a stay for Memorial weekend. Friday to Monday. I was there for related work purposes and wanted to take Sunday to enjoy my stay. When I woke up Saturday morning, I was feeling extremely under the weather. I called in early Saturday morning to see if I could get an early check out. Hotel.com made the request for me but when I reached the front desk early Sunday morning, the man covering said the manager was out and not returning until Tuesday but he seriously doubted I would get my money back for the night and he didn't say it in a nice way if you know what I mean. Needless to say, I never received a response from the manager as he said he would let her know. I was also charged for the remaining day and I am back at home still feeling miserable with the flu. What luck!!"

"The room were clean and comfortable. The shower was with low pression on hot water. Everything luck nice. we were planning to stay longer, but the weather was unpredictable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to: Arielle Del Bosque [Assistant General Manager] Hilario and Alicia Guzman [new customers]"

"My 5th trip to the area. This was the best. Most importantly….the staff. Most of these resorts are full of staff that have contempt for gringos. This place was way above the rest. Also no kids. Not that I don’t love kids but let’s be real. Big 40+ friends group. Will definitely come back. While most places had seaweed or rocks on the beach,…this place you could swim. Anytime,….and I mean ANYTIME….i want something I got it in less than an hour. Pools were awesome. Fun coordinators were great. The Italian restaurant was fire. Sushi was also great. Room service was “meh” but it always is."

"Nothing in the room worked none of it was updated we were put in a lower level since they were doing construction on the higher balcony’s just to be next to the building across the streets a/c units balcony door wasn’t sealed so that’s all you could hear the water view we were promised and payed for was blocked by a building the restaurants upstairs takes priority over the hotel 100% they flood the lobby with people that don’t even stay there so we had to get a refund because the issues we did have were never solved and it was the worst experience honestly they didn’t even attempt to fix anything the rooms aren’t ready until 2 hours after check in time you pay for parking on top of a 100$ deposit nightly in case anyone missed that Defiently would recommend the best western over them the best western is connected to a very nice small pizza place and seemed so much more peaceful there super nice there"
