"It was a pretty good stay, there were a few things like flickering restroom light and missing blankets that we probably could have complained about but it really wasn't a big deal for 2night stay. So YES I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN 👍"

"My 5th trip to the area. This was the best. Most importantly….the staff. Most of these resorts are full of staff that have contempt for gringos. This place was way above the rest. Also no kids. Not that I don’t love kids but let’s be real. Big 40+ friends group. Will definitely come back. While most places had seaweed or rocks on the beach,…this place you could swim. Anytime,….and I mean ANYTIME….i want something I got it in less than an hour. Pools were awesome. Fun coordinators were great. The Italian restaurant was fire. Sushi was also great. Room service was “meh” but it always is."

"Nothing in the room worked none of it was updated we were put in a lower level since they were doing construction on the higher balcony’s just to be next to the building across the streets a/c units balcony door wasn’t sealed so that’s all you could hear the water view we were promised and payed for was blocked by a building the restaurants upstairs takes priority over the hotel 100% they flood the lobby with people that don’t even stay there so we had to get a refund because the issues we did have were never solved and it was the worst experience honestly they didn’t even attempt to fix anything the rooms aren’t ready until 2 hours after check in time you pay for parking on top of a 100$ deposit nightly in case anyone missed that Defiently would recommend the best western over them the best western is connected to a very nice small pizza place and seemed so much more peaceful there super nice there"
