"They bring me breakfast before 7 AM when I was sleeping and the guy from the reception told me that this is normal procedure - breakfast in early hour. The hotel should be rebuilt, it was open at early 90's and nothing has changed. One positive is location"

"This B&B in a residential district near the hustle and bustle-but removed-is a welcome change of pace from the high-rise hotels of Manila. Beautiful old house. Outstanding service with a smile from the young ladies of the house. They are what make the place special. Good breakfast, too! Not particularly well set up for the traveling business person, as the rooms lack work space, but for a few days, it is quite a refreshing place."

"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. "Staff are very helpful and courteous. Hotel is nearby upscale shopping mall with fantastic restaurants options.
The front desk staff were very helpful accommodating special requests and went beyond to help me. The lobby staff were very kind to letting me know when my transportation arrived avoiding me to wait outside of the hotel for the arrival of the ride share pickup. Awesome staff all around. Mr Darius particularly was an outstanding service representative that really went above and beyond."
