"I stayed overnight with friends and booked Villa 3. As soon as we walked into the villa, there was a really bad smell. The sinks looked dirty, and the toilets were honestly disgusting. What bothered us the most was the security guard constantly checking on us. We weren’t being loud or causing any problems, yet the guard came to our villa three different times. "The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage.
