"The stay was really nice, the staff all seemed pleasant, decent spot with it being so close to the bullring. I did leave a hoodie in the hotel room though and it never went to lost and found so one of the cleaners got a free hoodie I guess."

"Great apartment equipped with everything I needed-towels, iron, fridge and cooking equipment. Parking was as advertised a day in the adjacent parking area- you drive up to the shutter and it opens and you then pay up front at the machine. Staff were really helpful and the property was just a very short walk into the centre and 10mins walk to the ICC. Felt safe as a solo female traveller in this area. Hotel is really well sound proofed so no noise overnight."

The check in process was smooth, they provided clear instructions as we were checking in on the weekend, so we had to self check in - but this was an easy and quick process. I rang up before booking, this was a last minute booking as another accommodation provider had been playing up, they were very helpful and friendly! I'd recommend fully staying here. Thank you!"

"Contracted property earlier in the afternoon to request a early check-in as weather was bad, left a message but no-one got back to me. Eventually braved the rain and went to the property, no reply when I rang the bell. Looked on-line for possible other contact number to see that the property was closed. As the town was busy that weekend there was no affordable places for me and my daughter to stay so the only option we had was to head to train station and buy tickets to return to Newcastle. This...

"Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer."
