I was unable to get a hot shower after a long day, and more frustratingly, there was neither hot nor cold water available for my early morning excursion. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and many restaurants. I also truly appreciated the staff, who were very attentive to all of our questions."

Gave us ideas of things to do and helped us book a trip to the floating islands. Also helped us sort out the cryptic emails we received about our departing bus changes when we left.
