"The hotel was very nice and modern, with excellent facilities and easy access to the ocean. Everywhere you looked there was a beautiful view. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide array of choices from different cuisines, so there was something for everyone. The reason for the 4 stars is mainly due to the check-in process and the behaviour of some other guests around the pool. Our check-in took a very long time, with little communication about whether our room was ready. We had to wait...

"Neues Hotel in der Nähe vom Flughafen. Das Hotel ist nicht so groß und sehr schön angelegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und vielfältig. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen."

"De kamers zijn muf en ruiken vochtig. Het hotel zit buiten kuta en je kan de shuttle naar het dorp nemen en anders veel taxi gebruik. Handdoeken mogen niet meegnomen worden buiten het hotel. Lombok zelf is prachtig."
