Staff were so lovely and helpful, breakfast was good and the room was nice with a big balcony overlooking the jungle. Would recommend if looking for a budget friendly place "

"The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean. The carpets and bathrooms were not as clean. The showers were unreliable, with low water pressure and unreliable heat. The staff were not hospitable or conscientious and the hotel listings we’re confusing. No food is available from the hotel. Overall the space had a dreary colonial vibe."

"This hotel has a million dollar view!
I traveled in the shoulder season, meaning peace, no other guests next to my room so i enjoyed my veranda, seeing the most gorgeous sunrises. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, Sampa will make sure you have a tuk tuk to get you to the town, delicious breakfast and so much kindness. Just keep in minf, if you are planning to party in Ella street bars this jotel is not convenient since it is up in the mountains, 2 km away from the town centre, no...
