"The staff are responsive and kind, the grounds are lovely, and the rooms were nice. "

"A very nice place to stay. Really good !"

"We had such a great time here! Property felt safe and welcoming. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and water was hot for a few minutes. Michael is genuinely the most hospitable person I have ever met on the road.

"Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned each day and the breakfast was prepared well and largely on time as requested"

There was no response from the property...

"Amazing service, charming rooms, fantastic food. I went there after a gorilla trek and before hiking up Bisoke and they were fantastic. They helped arrange transport as well. Will absolutely be staying here again if I'm back in Musanze."

"The staff was the best part. They were so accommodating and friendly. The garden was also beautiful and the food was amazing. Highly recommend. "
