"I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile."

"LOTS of codes to keep track of -- for the building, for your room, for the pool. We arrived early and were grateful to have our code updated so we could access our room (it did take a few tries). No staff onsite except for a housekeeper, so it all felt pretty impersonal. Our room had a mildewy smell and after an overnight thunderstorm there was water collecting on the windowsill -- the property manager did assure me they would address that immediately."

"Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, We went there for a convention and stayed 3 nights. So we didn't really use the hotel to sight see as we were occupied at the hotel. The bar was fine. The food in the restaurant was good. The buffet breakfast was around $24. I had a flatbread one night and it was good and around $16, So I think the prices were reasonable. MY one complaint was that the rooms had the lowest toilets I've ever seen and so uncomfortable. I have arthritis in my hips and knees and...

"Everything and everyone was pleasant informed us with information properly. Had a bad experience at the omni and left to go to the westing and it was my 50th bday and they have my husband and i a wonderful suite and also had cake and champagne delivered..along with a wonder card. Made my bday even better considering the bad expensive we had at the omni. Thestaff sas wonderful. Will definitely be staying there every time we go to Dallas. "

"I’ve been to the Adolphus many times ! It’s one of my favorite hotels in Dallas , this time I had a big incident happen on the escalator, I was about to fall to try to save my high heels, unfortunately it got stuck and it destroyed it. A gentleman ( I believe he was q manager) approached us and instead of stopping the escalator he tried to take the shoe out but it got worse . I asked him a few times to stop the escalator, until he finally did , but it was too late. He did not apologize, he said...

"We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the Joule. The room was nice and spacious. It was located near many restaurants that were in walking distance. We had an issue with parking. We had to circle the hotel several times for valet parking. We were considering parking in one of the parking garages but we didn’t know which garage was for the hotel. Would we stay here again? Yes but we would park in one of the parking garages instead."
