"Clean , beautiful room with a view of the mountain . The grounds were very pretty as well . Cheryl our host was very welcoming and kind . She cooked a delicious breakfast and sat with us to point out areas to visit during our short stay . Thank you for everything Cheryl ! We will surely return for a much longer stay . "The property and staff is fantastic, welcoming, helpful and courteous. The rooms are great with fantastic views and dog friendly. The curtains do need a good wash and update and the cleaning could be better as far as the carpets and lamps but a quick fix and done. Would we return 100%Yes do we recommend absolutely "

"Was informed a day prior to check in that we would be without water midweek from 10am-6pm. Water did not return until after 8pm which is unacceptable after a day in the desert red rock sand. I spoke to the Director of guest relations and was informed that my family could use the porta potties since we could not flush our toilets, She was less than professional and all she could say was "I understand" The room was just OK, furniture and restrooms were very dated. construction every day all day...

"This is a wonderful place. So Serene, beautiful location along the river Unexpected find in Sedona. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The breakfasts were truly a culinary feast. Everyday we had something different and delightful. I rated staff a 3 only because I didn't interact with staff at all during our stay. There was no need to."

"We booked a junior suite. Our suite had an adjoining room. The door between our room and the adjoining room was paper thin. We could hear every word of our neighbors from their bed. Worse, our other neighbor eith no adjoining door, we could hear their morning pee and flush routine. Ugh"
