"All the staff we met were great. From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!"

"This has become my default choice for visiting Atlanta. Right across the street from the ballpark and the Gallaria and the ballpark, great staff, clean rooms. Only negatives are highway noise but it's really only an issue for the rooms closest to it and the parkling lot lights which feel like they were borrowed from the ballpark and will make you feel like you're in Times Square. The blackout shade does a great job blocking it out, though."

"Pool was shut down until further notice. My jet stopped working multiple times to my room. First time they realized the battery in key fob was dead. We were locked out for an hour and 20 minutes. They knew we were locked out and never alerted us when they fixed it while sitting right in front of them. Business center was a joke. Computer is locked with guest password but no staff member knew the password. Finally got the computer open and the printer didn’t work. Stayed 5 nights no housekeeping...
