"This was the nicest room we stayed in on our week long road trip. The room was really lovely!! The bed was the most comfortable. The bathroom was great; very updated, sparkling clean, fabulous tub, excellent shower. We were so happy. The French door had a view outside to the green rolling hills and barn. "The ease of getting the airport shuttle, even at midnight. Staff, including the restaurant were very helpful and on top of everything. Will be staying here on our next visit."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, location is convenient to the Udvar-Hazy Center. It was pretty easy to see why this was the least expensive hotel in the area, though. The kitchenette area had broken drawers and no drain plug for the sink, and "breakfast" in the lobby was coffee, instant oatmeal packets, and a few packaged pastries. Fortunately there's a killer bakery/cafe within walking distance! Not a bad stay, but definitely no-frills."

"When we booked the hotel room, we got alternative breakfast for two ppl, but hotel staff and Expedia customer service said that we don’t see it in their system. I showed them on my phone and it clearly says in my account on the Marriott website but still they didn’t help. Don’t book through Expedia. You will lose the breakfast benefit, even if it shows on the special benefits section in our account."

"Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...
