"Property was beautiful and relaxing. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable, but cold. Had to put heater on to balance the temperature out. Needs grip bars in shower though. The Property needs more accessible signs out front for directional purposes, like from the main Hwy. That new circle has everyone confused. I saw several cars backing up and making u-turns. There are NO street signs!!! After finally getting there safely, we loved it!!!! Just enjoyed the ambiance, restaurants and listening to...

"The property was one one the cleanest we have stayed in. The staff was very helpful, professional and polite. Our room was a cut above in space, cleanliness, with typical amenities - refrigerator and coffee maker with supplies. The bathroom was larger than most and the best part is my wife even said the bed slept wonderfully and it was probably the best bed/mattress that we've used. Check out was a breeze. If all Springhill's are this nice and professional we will have found our new...

"The elevator did not work. My refrigerator door was broken. It did not dispense any ice. I had to go next-door to get ice from the other hotel. That’s pretty much it. The elevator was the big thing for me. That was it. last thing I did they do need to like reglaze them tubes so it’s not so much rust."

"I noticed immediately when we entered our room that it was very clean! I have an eagle eye for dirt, hair, etc, but I never encountered anything! That was very nice. There was plenty of parking and the area is well lit, which we appreciated right off of the interstate. We didn't eat the breakfast, per se, but I had coffee both mornings we were there, and I had some yogurt one of the mornings. The waffles seemed to be a big hit with all of the other guests. The breakfast area always seemed...
