"First of all, in the biggest picture, the room was more than comfortable it was clean and quiet, and the staff was superb. Breakfast was included and it was fine, Protein choices were good and it was well stocked. One complaint. I specifically searched for a hotel with kitchenette and a pool. "This hotel has a vintage, boutique feel. The bar is also where you check in and is open 7am-11pm. Make sure to ask for the WiFi password when you check in. There is only street parking available. The rooms are small but cozy. The staff is very friendly. The location is within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the St Charles trolley."

"The Overnight Desk Clerk tried to charge me extra money for "taxes" as I checked out of the room , which I found to be extremely unconventional for a hotel such as this one. I have never had to pay extra for fees before and I didn’t then. I love staying at Towne Place Suites, but this has really placed lowered my view of this property. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again and I will warn anyone in the future about these so called extra taxes being placed on their check outs when...

"The room was very nice, clean, and had lots of space. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Best part was the 3 free alcoholic drinks and food between 5:30-7. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I had. Only one small complaint- they only cleaned our room once while we were there. I’m not sure if that is their policy or not."
