"Overall, it’s a nice clean hotel. We were on the third floor. During our stay the ice machine was down, not a huge deal but annoying. Water pressure was almost laughable. The mattresses were so hard. I’m not a little priss I like a firm bed, it’s a week later and I’ve still got a weird kink in my back. The pull out couch bed….just put the mattress on the floor, unless it’s a toddler then it’ll be ok! lol. Like I said overall a good enough hotel for a quick trip. Check in guy seemed in a hurry but he was nice enough. "

"Roaches, sticky dirty floors, bed was covered in hair. Shower was moldy with the previous persons soap in it. Stained covers on the bed. Nothing like the pictures shown. "

We paid for the suite and it was unavailable due to an elevator being broken (over a month) They provided us with two smaller rooms that was adequate for our needs, but I would have cancelled the reservation. They blamed Expedia for not providing our correct phone number so they could advise us of the switch."

"Sink would not drain, front door did not shut all the way, overall cleanliness could have been better (bathroom), liked the complimentary Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, not enough parking spots, charge $35 to check in early"
