"We arrived she allowed us an early check in for we traveled by car from California which we were grateful for. Then I let her know that two of the guest are smokers which she placed us near an exit which was great for them to go out side to smoke. The one at the register desk then made it very clear that marijuana is not allowed in the building. I was taken aback. I ensured her that there was not of that even with us. She continued to tell me how it was not allowed several more times. Then later that evening when we all settled in my cousin got up to use the restroom our room was starting to flood. They switched us rooms rights away. Next morning same clerk asked if we propped the exit door open. When we told her no she kept insisting that we must have cause the room had never flooded before. My cousin shut the door the last time they went out cause the lightning scared them. I was again taken aback with her insistence on us leaving the door open. It was upsetting and twice I felt profiled one way or another"

"Internet was down a week before my stay and still not working when I checked out. No offer to reduce my nightly rate. Wasn't looking to stay for free, but a discount would have went along way...."

"Killeen, we had alot of problems. An electrical glitch caused a big malfunction with the room card in the entire hotel. Every guest had to wait until a staff member use their key fob to allow entry into the rooms while smoke alarms were constantly going off or beeping maybe due to the glitch. At one time, the smoke alarm went off in our room at 3 o'clock in the morning. The walk- in shower glass doors didn't close properly so there was constant water dripping on the floor. We requested to to move to another room because of the smoke alarm constantly beeping. Breakfast was served late due to the fact that it wasn't ready in the morning. And the food was mediocre at best. Apparently several guests are illiterate. Sign clearly states that you are not allowed to take food to your room."

"The hot tub was out of service. Only reason i picked this hotel. Room was nice tv was out dated for the room. Coffee pot had white stuff all in it so we didnt used it. Sink stopped wouldnt work and when we lifted it, it was dirty. Other than that it was quite, room was cozy, they did come take stopped out and clean it and brought another coffee pot. Wish they offered breakfast for the price. "

"Asked for new clean sheets and all they did was make up the bed with the same sheets asked for more towels only got 2. The mix for the waffles tasted sour the muffins were dry"
