"The room had a single wardrobe that was totally inadequate for our 5 night stay. The staff were very helpfull. The outdoor pool was very nice. The breakfast was very good but the management of the restaurant during breakfast is poor for a 5 star hotel."

"Air conditioning is advertised but on arrival was told it was an air cooler and fans were available. It didn’t really work so had a hot room. This really annoyed me as I had cancelled a stay at a local pub to ensure I had a hotel with air conditioning! False advertising is not acceptable!"
