I gave the local staff a list of comments and expectations: poor pop-up in bathroom sink, poor operating tub spout, disappointing clock with wrong time and cryptic instructions to change time and alarm operation, thin towels, only one chair in room made to commodate four, lack of crab bar to get in and out of tub and shower. Received comments back indication some items will be turned over to maintenance staff and some are corporate policies. Nothing...

The light under the tv stayed on all night because the switch didn’t work. The lights and outlets next to the bed didn’t work. Only one working outlet in the room. Free breakfast had no hot food left at 8am. They said they would put more on but we hung around for 15 minutes and nothing happened. Also stains on the bed. ...
