"I enjoyed the location and the hotel itself very much. My issue was VERY loud neighbors both nights I stayed, particularly the first night. The rooms are lovely but if you have loud neighbors, you will hear everything. And I mean everything. I think this could be easily addressed by letting people know expectations of quiet after 10pm and before 6am and having a way to easily address if someone is being disruptive."

"We stayed here for two nights, it was an okay hotel. The staff were helpful at check in and assisting us with car parking. The place itself is very dated, the hallways and lift smelt gross. The room was fine, main issue was the lighting was lacking, lots of lamps etc but really hard to get the room bright enough to actually see, and very hot.
