"Front desk lady was an absolute nightmare"

"The breakfast was okay but when reserving it does not give you option to add breakfast, and the breakfast was not good enough to pay for. The staff were very rude in the morning, about paying for breakfast when asked about it. They gave us vouchers for it and told us to put them in a cup before we go into the dining area, while there we noticed no one else had a ticket which seemed to be a must to be able to eat. "Booked the hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool for my children. When I arrived to the pool had been closed the night before. I asked to cancel the room and they agreed that I should be refunded. They told me they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. They told me to reach out to Expedia and they should be able to take care of it.
