"What a wonderful hotel, set in a beautiful location. The food was very good and the staff very helpful. The room was a great size and very comfortable. Highly recommend and I look forward to returning soon."

"Beautiful location - was perfect for us attending Forest Live at Delamere Forest. Lovely room - spacious and clean. Breakfast was perfect & the owners so friendly. Would definitely return & recommend to others."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in we were given a room, but not the one I had booked with Expedia. It did not have a walk in shower. It had a very tiny bath with a shower in it. So we had to go and get it changed which took a long time. Then my son was given a twin instead of a double. The rooms are clean but very run down and small, and our bed was not good, we rolled into the middle all the time. We did have a meal there which was nice."

"The staff were not overly helpful. I asked someone at the front desk to call me a taxi and they said they couldn’t so they gave me the number. When I said I couldn’t call because of the international number they seemed annoyed. I tried to get lunch one day and they told me the chef wouldn’t be in for another hour despite it being within the lunch hours they posted. The rooms were also very outdated."
