"The room was very dirty. The sofa bed had black spots all over it. Kitchen sink had a funky smell coming from it whenever we turned on the water. Kids and I were getting dust allergies whenever we came back to the room. There was dust everywhere, especially the curtains, and the carpet looked dirty."

"The place was very clean. Good location but you have to make sure the subway and train noises won't bother you. We didn't have a problem with it. Laundry in unit was nice. I paid extra for the "luxury" 2-bedroom but there was nothing luxurious about it. What was I being charged more for? The beds were terrible, not luxury at all; they probably came from Ikea. That is my only real complaint, the beds, very cheap and not comfortable. People were all nice. Good restaurants nearby, etc."

"First of all, the name of the property was different from what was shown on my reservation. The person at the front desk just kept saying that they were only there temporarily and did nothing to resolve the situation. I had booked three rooms, but one of them had not even been cleaned. In the end, we had no choice but to find another place to stay. It was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again."
