"We stayed here for a few days and it was a great experience. The property was well kept inside and out. Our room was clean and stocked with the basics. The staff was always friendly. Breakfast was simple but perfect for an early morning. The waffle maker is awesome. We had the pool to ourselves and it backs onto beautiful tall trees that started to turn fall colours. The location is right next to the main road an a gas station for quick drinks and snacks if needed. "

"We had an awesome stay at this quaint little motel that sends you back in time. The bed slept great and the room was clean. We had a huge window that looked out over the river. There is a nice covered pavilion with gliders and picnic tables, fire ring and grills right by the river for your enjoyment. "This looks like it was an old Comfort Inn that has been taken over by a private group. But the facilities were in excellent condition. And the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here. I plan on using this hotel next year as well when we come up for WCU football games.
