"The price and the location were only the beginning of why we gave the location five stars. The staff here saved the day when the card reader was shorted by an electrical surge. This meant staff needed to escort people to their rooms every time they came and went. What was obviously a frustrating experience for all involved was handled with professionalism, calm and kindness. They rocked.
Also, in addition to the care we received, the staff comped our valet, which would have otherwise cost...

"The breakfast staff was nice. I had just stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in New Jersey and was blown away by it. This hotel was a significant let down from the one in Jersey. Room was super small, and despite my Hilton Honors there were zero amenities. There weren’t even glasses in the room to drink from. Not even paper ones!
While it was just average, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet and clean. I will not stay there again however."
