"The staff was helpful and cooperative and eager to serve. I rated 4 for helpful because I needed information for a medical walk in clinic as I needed meds which I unfortunately left at home. The information was not readily available nor a machine to check blood pressure. Otherwise the service was good."

"We stayed 2 nights, our room was clean and spacious. What sets this hotel above others is the staff, they were fabulous. I received test messages throughout our day just checking in to see how are stay was going and if we needed anything. I did put in a request for a couple items that were delivered promptly, this was so appreciated. The staff working in the breakfast bar were so helpful and kept the food stocked and area was spotless, very nice comfortable seating. Would definitely stay here...

"The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast every morning was delicious and the chef went above and beyond to please! The hotel also offered wine and cheese ever Monday-Thursday! Very nice perk. This was my 4th stay and I will be back!"

"Room was nice; bed was comfortable. recently updated- better than the photos! Enjoyed the breakfast! Had a waffle maker and French toast. Had to eat in the breakfast room for regulations, which is fine; you just can’t take coffee to-go on your way out. Staff at check-in suggested to park in the front. Saw some people loitering around the back of the hotel at night, but the overall area and parking in the front seemed secure/safe. Easy and quick check-in as well!"

"Great place to stay, huge suite and clean bathroom. Downside is the carpet needs cleaning. Restaurant has a good atmosphere and breakfast was good."

"The Wingate is great for kids with the pool and slide and the breakfast is great for everyone. Some outside improvements have been made on the walkways too. The cleaning staff is very focused on getting things done and overall I will be back next year as my granddaughter loves the pool."

"My biggest complaint here was the pillows. They are extremely thick, to the point I couldn't use them. I had to fold up the extra blanket in the closet and use that. They also said they didnt have any different ones, however they were apologetic. Hotel layout is a bit confusing, but fine once you get used to it. Pool is awkward. Our room didn't look out over it, it actually looked directly at the balcony of someone else's room who looked over it, which is a strange choice. The pool also...

"Our room and our beds were clean. A/C was great. The curtains darkened the room so that the sun didn’t wake us up early. The floor was sticky where the breakfast was served, but the essentials were there."
