"It was a great hotel close to Balos and Elafonissi beaches. The hotel was really clean, but there was some funky smell close to our room when we opened the door. The pool was nice and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The waves were a little harsh, but really great. "

"To say that our stay here was excellent is truly an understatement. Crete was more than I could have ever dreamed of, and this hotel played a huge part in that. The drive to the hotel is definitely not the easiest drive, but it is so worth it (very windy road up and down the mountain, it is all paved and there are guardrails but very little light at night). "Our stay at the Royal Sun Hotel was perfect. The room with the sea view and balcony was of a high standard, clean and comfortable.
