No club, no breakfast, no benefits. Supposedly the executive rooms are "newer" but were indistinguishable from what I would have expected from any hotel room in 2026. "Good location surrounded with many restaurants"

"Hotel staff are the most helpful they are polite and professional. Food in the restaurant on the premise is good and a good value; for the Westerners. The experience of its coffee machine is left more to be desired. The most negative experience is the hotel room temp is lack of control during the mid October. The hotel does not providing air-conditioning, with the rooms in building #9 are either west or east facing baked under morning or afternoon sun the room temperature is unbearably hot."

But it is next to a crossroad so if find it difficult to sleep with noise this might be a deal breaker. Price wise the location is great. Service The personnel is very friendly. There is 24/7 someone behind the desk. The personnel is very helpfull with questions like trips and restaurants. English is not their strong suit. But simple stuff, check in, check out or...

"The room was very nice and clean and property was amazing. So many beautiful animals to see and lovely to take a leisurely stroll. The staff was very friendly and there was a variety of delicious food for breakfast."
