"Was super nice"

"The room was unclean and disgusting. There were holes and gouges in the ceiling and walls. There were exposed/loose hanging wires both inside the room and outside along the builing/walkway. The showerhead, bathtub, and floor were dirty. There were visible/unidentifiable stains on the walls and on the chair cushion. The door to the room did not fit into the frame and therefore did not close properly. There was an open jug of milk on the floor in the reception area (despite the area being empty)....

"The hotel is still pretty from the outside but our room in the North tower was very run down The dresser was on its last legs. The drawers were broken and would not stay closed. The beds were quite small and not comfortable. Rooms definately need some upgrades. On a plus note it was clean. We do not feel we received fair value for what we paid. "
