"The property was very nice and the room was new, however, it was not properly cleaned. When we first arrived, there was someone's shaved hair on the bathroom counter and the shower was not clean. They do not provide toiletries, so please make sure to bring your own."

La alberca privada esta muy bien cuidada. Para otros viajeros, asegúrense de recibír confirmación del hotel o la dueña antes de viajar, pues nosotros confiamos en la confirmación de Expedía y al llegar a las instalaciones nadie estaba enterado de nuestra reserva. "The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"The property was clean and well spaced out. The location was not too far out from the city center. The host is not the best at communicating. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions 2 hours before check in because he didn’t send me anything. He would also take a while to get back to me when I would ask him questions related to the property. "
