"Disappointed. Townhouse used to be one of the best places to stay in Ibadan, but my stay was below average. The standard has declined significantly. Service was not great. Food was average. The bathroom flooded. Only one tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. The towels had large brown stains on them."

"It is located in good area and very clean. Good staff. The hot water for showers is not hot at all. Breakfast is good. The table lamps are not working. No hand towel. No soap for washing hands. "Some major renovation was happening at the hotel. I would have expected that it is closed to customers during this time. Kitchen did not have supply for most of the meals on their menu. Staff were friendly and available to support but it was clear that most of the issues I had with the hotel was beyond the staff but management issues. "
