"The room, the hotel, and the workers were all wonderful. Overall, it was a very good experience. The only problem we had is nobody answered the phone when I tried to call ahead of time to ask about parking and check in. I tried several times in the days leading up to our stay. The email that they sent only gave —-@—- as the contact email, so that was of no use. "

"High quality room, very clean. Great shower with pushbuttons to turn on, toilettries provided. Well equipped kitchen with crockery, glasses pans, fridge microwave, kettle, toaster and hob. Welcome coffee provided to use with cafetiere. Also had small table with 2 chairs and cupboard area for hanging clothes. Friendly staff and use of whatsapp to contact them a nice touch. Room was well located in central Bonn, cafes, restaurants and local transport. Was also a good base as bought some food,...

"Otelin geneli heryerde yakınlığı çok güzeldi. Kurumsla bir otel olduğu belli . Otelde ayrıca bir Türk resepsiyon görevlisi olması daha güzel (Samet beye ayrıca teşekkür ederim) . Gayet ilgili güler yüzlüler. Ailecek kalınacak kurumsal bir otel tavsiye ederim."

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem zimmer und der Kommunikation. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Das einzige beim Buchen des Parkplatzes wäre wenn man die fahrzeuggrössen nochmal angibt. Denn dies wird beim buchen nicht angegeben und unser Auto kam gerade so ins parkhaus. Vorallem da die parkplätze übereinander sind. "
