"The hotel spa is small but clean, but the opening hours are very limited. Everything at the hotel is beautiful and elegant. It’s located next to ski lifts so there’s an easy access to the slopes. The staff is nice and friendly but has trouble speaking English but most of the visitors were German anyway. "The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful from the moment of our arrival. They showed us how to walk to get good views of the Rosengarten peaks for the alpinglow at sunset. Breakfast was great, and the staff offered help finding items we might be looking for. Good music in the bar, nice atmosphere.
Beautiful views, well worth the twisty drive up from Bolsano, and great value compared to any other lodgings in Bolsano. A great find-I recommend it highly!"
